Hey foodies, we get it – some days, you just want a delicious meal without the fuss. This recipe is perfect for those lazy days when you want to make something quick and easy.
Ingredients
Servings: 4 people
- Your noodle of choice
- 1 cup of Goose on the Loose diced salami
- 1 cup vegetables (anything in your fridge will be fine)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Noodle Sauce:
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce or sub with dark soy sauce and add more sugar to taste
- 2 tsp white granulated sugar
- 120 ml chicken stock low sodium
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch
Instructions

- In a small bowl, combine noodle sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Soak frozen noodles in hot boiling water just until loosened. Strain immediately and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium heat. Fry sliced salami (optional).
- Add green onions and allow these to cook for 20-30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in noodles and add noodle sauce until well combined. The sauce should thicken. If needed, increase to medium high heat to help thicken the sauce.
- Remove off heat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
