Ingredients (makes 4 mini brioche sliders)
- Goose On The Loose Calabrese Salami (cut into a few slices)
- 1 tablespoon kewpie mayo
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- chopped lettuce
- 3/4 tomato, sliced
- Sliced tasty cheese
Preparation
- Slice the buns in half crosswise and toast the halves cut side down on the grill or in a pan.
- Once toasted, spread your kewpie mayo and pesto sauce (1 tablespoon for each slider) on the cut side of the bun.
- Layer your lettuce, tomato, cheese, Goose On The Loose Calabrese Salami and onion on the base bun and top with the top end of the bun.
