Known in Italy as 'Cinghiale', Wild Boar is the ultimate 'free-range' pig. One of our subtle flavoured Salami, with the traditional Italian pairing of Fennel and a hint of red wine. Wild boar is lean and tasty with a rich, nutty, flavour that is unique and often described as being a cross between pork and beef. It's not gamey and one of our best sellers. The Boar are wild from rural Queensland where they’re free to forage. A distinctive and popular flavour profile which makes this Salami an allrounder, serve it with your favourite cheeses, wine or beer.
